Awards and Recognitions
Since its creation InvestBraga has developed a wide range of activities, projects and initiatives with a view to boosting the economy and attracting investment, involving companies, startups, businessmen and entrepreneurs, mentors, researchers and public and private entities that belong to the economic ecosystem of Braga and the Region, in addition to the creation of national and international partnerships that have allowed Braga to be placed on the radar of international investment, attracting investment in strategic development areas and creating qualified employment.
In recent years, all this work, developed as a network, in a business ecosystem that stands out for its creativity and capacity to generate value, has received recognitions and awards in several national and international forums.
In 2019, InvestBraga saw its activity recognized in the European Enterprise Promotion Awards '19, in several categories:
- In the category Improving the business environment, the creation of the BUSINESS AMBASSADORS OF BRAGA was distinguished with the 1st Prize
- In the category Promoting the entrepreneurial spirit, the INVESTOR’S SPOT, while fast track for investment was distinguished with an Honourable Mention
- In the category Supporting the internationalization of business, STARTUP BRAGA was distinguished with an Honourable Mention, having already been awarded 1st Prize in the category “Promoting the entrepreneurial spirit”, in 2016
