Remuneration
The Chairman of the General Assembly performs his duties on an unpaid basis. Regarding the Board of Directors, only the Executive Board Member receives remuneration.
The remuneration conditions of the Executive Board Member are as follows:
A base salary of €3,420.80, paid 14 times per year, corresponding to the remuneration of a full-time City Councillor of the Municipality of Braga.
In addition to this base salary, a representation allowance of €684.16 is paid 12 times per year, as well as a meal allowance in accordance with the amount established for Portuguese public administration employees, currently set at €6.15 per working day.
The annual remuneration of the Sole Statutory Auditor amounts to €9,000.00, in accordance with the contract concluded between the parties.
Articles of Association
The current Articles of Association of InvestBraga – Agência para a Dinamização Económica, EM, were approved by resolution of the Braga Municipal Assembly on 10 March 2025.
